I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony with a great view. I also enjoyed spending time on the roof top garden which overlooked the city. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Moreover, breakfast was delicious and satisfying. They had a good variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I didn't like during my stay.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and well organized, with a great little balcony and stunning views over the city. the bathroom was fabulous too, very clean and well maintained. the highlight for us was the roof top garden, the entire city was visible from there. the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly, a great start to our day. We also appreciated the convenience of the on, site store which allowed us to buy snacks and drinks to take out.

While the initial check, in process was a bit annoying, with us having to wait for a couple of hours before we could check, in, the situation was quickly resolved after speaking to a more senior staff member.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a beautiful balcony that offered a great view. The rooftop garden provided an excellent view of the city, and the convenience store on the lower floor had a decent selection of snacks and beverages. the breakfast was flavorful, and the breakfast staff was always warm and friendly.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating, even though the hotel was nearly empty when we arrived. Although we were told that check-in was not possible until 5 pm, after waiting for an hour in the lobby, we managed to check in early.

Last New Year, I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Jinju with an excellent view from the room balcony and the rooftop garden. the spacious and well, organized room had an amazing bathroom, and I particularly loved the convenience of the store downstairs with a variety of snacks and cold drinks. the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful in every way.

I must admit that the check, in process was not impressive. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the reception desk told me that the room wasn't available until 5 pm, even though the hotel wasn't that crowded.
